General Membership Questions

As a Pet Rewards member, you receive exclusive, year-round savings on a variety of pet services and purchases for your pet. Members save every day with 10% Cash Back on services like vet visits, training, grooming, daycare and more. Pet Rewards also gives you 10% Cash Back on pet purchases like food, toys, supplies, and more from local and national pet stores, both online and in-store.

You can also email us through our 'Contact Us' page by completing the form with your inquiry and submitting your request. We’ll typically respond within 24 hours!

  

If you’d like to cancel your Pet Rewards membership, you can call our Customer Service team at 877-808-8690 and one of our specialists will process the cancellation for you. If you prefer to cancel online, simply sign into your account at LTDPetRewards.com, click “Account” from your main navigation, then “Cancel Membership” from the drop-down menu. You can also email your cancellation request to [email protected] or submit your request through the form on our Contact Us page. However you do it, our Customer Service team will process your cancellation request right away.

   

LTDPETS.COM is the title that displays on your debit or credit card statement when you are charged for your Pet Rewards monthly membership. If you have questions about a charge you received from Pet Rewards, please contact our Customer Service team at 877-808-8690.

   

10% Cash Back

As a Pet Rewards member, you can earn 10% Cash Back when you shop online or in-store at many popular pet stores. You’ll earn 10% Cash Back automatically when you make a pet purchase through our Marketplace links. You can also shop at any local pet store and submit a rebate claim for 10% Cash Back on your purchase.

Online Shopping: Shop online through your Pet Rewards account to automatically earn 10% Cash Back on your pet purchases:

  1. Sign into your Pet Rewards member account
  2. Click “Shop” from your main menu, then “Marketplace” from the drop-down.
  3. Select any pet store listed in the Marketplace and click through to shop. Be sure to make your purchase in the new window that opens

After you’ve completed your online purchase, we’ll automatically add your 10% Cash Back earnings to your Savings page, typically after your order ships.

In-Store or Offline Shopping: Submit a rebate claim to earn 10% Cash Back on purchases made in-store or outside the Pet Rewards website. Here’s how:

  1. Sign into your Pet Rewards member account.
  2. Click “Rebates” from your main navigation.
  3. Enter your purchase information in the required fields.
  4. Email or mail-in your proof-of-purchase and rebate claim.

As a Pets Rewards member, you can earn 10% Cash Back on a variety of pet services, whether you visit a local service provider or a national pet chain. Some pet services eligible for 10% Cash Back are:

  • Pet daycare
  • Overnight and long-term boarding
  • Dog walking and daily pet care
  • Professional pet grooming
  • Obedience classes and training
  • Pet fence installation services
  • Vet visits

To earn 10% Cash Back on a pet service, simply sign into your member account online and visit your Rebates page to submit your claim and proof-of-purchase.

Proof-of-purchase is the documentation you must submit with your rebate claims to qualify for 10% Cash Back on your purchases. Proof-of-purchase simply verifies that your purchase was made and your payment was processed.

A few examples of valid proof-of-purchase are:

  • A sales receipt
  • An order confirmation page
  • An order confirmation email
  • A packing slip

Please keep in mind that only pet-related purchases qualify for 10% Cash Back. Any rebate claims submitted for non pet-related purchases will not be eligible for Cash Back.

You can submit your rebate claim and proof-of-purchase documentation online or by mail. Here’s how:

Online:Submit your rebate claim online from your Rebates page:

  1. Sign into your Pet Rewards member account
  2. Click “Rebates” on your main menu
  3. Enter your purchase information in the required fields on this page
  4. Click to copy your claim number
  5. Email your proof-of-purchase to [email protected] with your claim number copied into the subject line of your email

By Mail:Complete a rebate form to submit your rebate claim by mail:

  1. Complete a rebate form with your purchase information
  2. Gather your proof-of-purchase documentation
  3. Mail your rebate form and proof-of-purchase to the following address:

We’ll send you a check for your 10% Cash Back earnings on the 15th of every month, for all the Cash Back you earned shopping the month before.

For 10% Cash Back rebate claims submitted by mail, processing can take 3-6 weeks from the date we receive your claim and proof-of-purchase documentation. Once we process your claim and add it to your Savings page, we’ll mail you a check for your 10% Cash Back earnings.

 

The 10% Cash Back amount is based on the subtotal of your final, qualifying purchase amount after any and all discounts or other offers from the store, service provider, or any other parties are applied. The subtotal amount does not include taxes, shipping charges, or other added fees at checkout.

 

You can earn up to $1,000 in Cash Back every membership year on your pet purchases and services. Don’t forget, to qualify for 10% Cash Back on purchases made in-store or outside the Pet Rewards website, you must submit a rebate claim and valid proof-of-purchase documentation.

Please keep in mind that only pet-related purchases and services qualify for 10% Cash Back. Any non pet-related purchases made online or in-store will not be eligible for Cash Back.

Savings

All your Cash Back earnings from pet services or purchases are detailed on your Savings page. To visit your Savings page, sign into your Pet Rewards member account online and click “Savings” on your main menu.

  • "Submitted" means we've received your claim for 10% Cash Back
  • "Approved" means we've verified and processed your claim for 10% Cash Back
  • "Paid" means we've sent you a check as payout for your 10% Cash Back earnings
  • “Declined” means your claim was not approved. Please contact Customer Service if you have any questions.

If you’re missing Cash Back from an online purchase made through the Marketplace links: please note that it can take 5-7 days for your earnings to show up on your Savings page. As long as you shopped through the Marketplace links and completed your purchase in the new tab that opens, your Cash Back earnings should appear on your Savings page once your online order ships. Please keep in mind that only pet-related purchases qualify for 10% Cash Back. Any non pet-related purchases made through the Marketplace links will not be eligible for Cash Back.

If you’re missing Cash Back from a pet service, in-store purchase, or a purchase made outside the Pet Rewards website: please note that you must submit a rebate claim with valid proof-of-purchase documentation to receive 10% Cash Back on any of these purchases. Rebate claims for 10% Cash Back must be submitted within 60 days of your pet purchase or service date. Please keep in mind that only pet-related purchases qualify for 10% Cash Back. Any non pet-related purchases made online or in-store will not be eligible for Cash Back.
