BENEFITS

With your Pet Rewards membership, you receive the following benefits:

  • 10% Cash Back on pet services like vet visits, grooming, and more
  • 10% Cash Back on pet-related purchases from Marketplace or local pet stores

Your Pet Rewards benefits are available only to you and to permanent residents of your household who are at least 18 years old. There is a limit of one membership and one introductory/premium offer per household per year. In addition, membership benefits are only available to personal, non-commercial purchasers. Any order that is deemed a commercial (non-personal) use or high volume/reseller order, at our sole discretion, will not be eligible.

10% CASH BACK ON PET SERVICES

As a member, you receive 10% Cash Back on a variety of pet-related services during your active membership. This 10% Cash Back amount is based on the subtotal of your final, qualifying purchase amount (minus taxes and fees) after any and all discounts or other offers from the store, service provider, or any other parties are applied. Your 10% Cash Back will be added to your Savings page and paid out to you in the form of a check. You can earn up to $1,000 in Cash Back each year you’re a member.

Some pet services eligible for 10% Cash Back are:

  • Pet daycare
  • Overnight and long-term pet boarding
  • Dog walking and daily pet care
  • Professional pet grooming
  • Obedience classes and training
  • Pet fence installation services
  • Vet visits

How to receive 10% Cash Back on Pet Services:

To earn 10% Cash Back on pet services, you’ll need to submit a rebate claim and valid proof-of-purchase documentation. Visit your Rebates page to submit a claim online or fill out a rebate form and mail your claim for 10% Cash Back. Be sure to keep the receipt, invoice, or confirmation of payment from the pet service you used.

Limits & Details:

To qualify for 10% Cash Back on pet services, you must submit a rebate claim online or by mail. Only pet-related services qualify for 10% Cash Back. Cash Back on pet services will not automatically apply to your Pet Rewards Savings page. You are eligible to earn a maximum of $1,000 in Cash Back every membership year. This $1,000 maximum includes Cash Back earned on both pet services and purchases from pet stores. Once you’ve earned your annual cash back maximum, you will earn cash back on pet services and pet purchases only after you’ve reached your membership anniversary date.

You can earn 10% Cash Back when you shop at local pet stores or any pet store in the Marketplace. How to Receive 10% Cash Back on Pet Purchases:

Online Shopping: Shop online through your Pet Rewards account to automatically earn 10% Cash Back at Marketplace pet stores:

  1. Sign into your Pet Rewards member account
  2. Click “Shop” from your main menu, then “Marketplace” from the drop-down.
  3. Select any pet store listed in the Marketplace and click through to shop. Be sure to make your purchase in the new tab that opens.

After you’ve completed your online purchase, we’ll automatically add your 10% Cash Back earnings to your Savings page, typically after your order ships.

In-Store or Offline Shopping: Submit a rebate claim to earn 10% Cash Back on purchases made in-store or outside the Pet Rewards website. Here’s how:

  1. Sign into your Pet Rewards member account.
  2. Click “Rebates” from your main navigation.
  3. Enter your purchase information in the required fields.
  4. Email or mail-in your proof-of-purchase and rebate claim.

Limits & Details:

Only pet-related purchases qualify for 10% Cash Back. Any non pet-related purchases made online or in-store will not be eligible for Cash Back. One purchase per pet store per day is eligible for 10% Cash Back. Please note that purchases from Marketplace pet stores made in-store, offline, or outside the Pet Rewards website require a rebate claim for 10% Cash Back. 10% Cash Back will only apply to your Savings page automatically if your purchase is made through the Marketplace links on the Pet Rewards website. Your 10% Cash Back for online Marketplace purchases will apply to your Savings page within 5-7 days of your purchase shipment. Any orders returned or cancelled are not eligible for 10% cash back. You are eligible to earn a maximum of $1,000 in Cash Back every year as an active member. This $1,000 maximum includes Cash Back earned on both pet services and purchases made from pet stores. Once you’ve earned your annual cash back maximum, you will earn cash back on pet services and pet purchases only after you’ve reached your membership anniversary date.

HOW TO SUBMIT A REBATE CLAIM

As a member, you can submit a rebate claim for 10% Cash Back on a variety of pet services and purchases from Marketplace pet stores. You can earn up to $1,000 in Cash Back every year as an active member. Once your rebate claim and proof-of-purchase are successfully submitted, we’ll review your claim and add it to your Savings page.

Online Claims: You can submit your rebate claim for 10% Cash Back online by signing into your Pet Rewards member account.

  1. Click “Rebates” on your main menu
  2. Enter the required information for your pet purchase or service
  3. Copy and paste your generated claim number into the subject line of a new email
  4. Attach your proof-of-purchase documentation and send the email to [email protected]

Mailed Claims:Complete a rebate form with the required information for your pet purchase or service and mail your claim and proof-of-purchase documentation to:

Please note that your 10% Cash Back from mailed rebate claims will appear on your Savings page upon approval, which can take 3-6 weeks from the postmark date of your claim.

Proof-of-Purchase Documentation:

Your rebate submissions must be sent with proof-of-purchase documentation to complete your claim for 10% Cash Back. Proof-of-Purchase is simply a form of documentation that validates your purchase and the purchase total.

Accepted forms of proof-of-purchase include any of the following:

  1. An order confirmation page
  2. An order confirmation email
  3. A packing slip
  4. A sales receipt

SAVINGS

All your Cash Back earnings, whether from pet services or pet purchases, are detailed on your Savings page. You can access your Savings page online by signing into your Pet Rewards account. Then, click “Savings” on your main menu.

You can also ask about your Savings balance or the status of your claims by calling Customer Service at 877-808-8690

Should you cancel your Pet Rewards membership, you will receive a check for the amount in your Savings after your claims have been processed and approved.
